Why opt-out?

From time to time, Ningo Lending LLC dba Spotloan ("Spotloan") may share your contact information with non-affiliated third parties we work with so that they can market our loan products and services to you. Our loan products and services may be marketed to you by email, direct mail, telephone, or text.

If you do not want us to share your contact information for marketing purposes, or if you do not want us to market to you, you may opt-out by selecting the relevant option below.

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Our affiliates include BlueChip Financial, Ningo Lending LLC dba Spotloan, Chief Little Shell Technology LLC, and Mikinok Enterprises

Non-affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Non-affiliates we share with can include direct marketing companies and third parties necessary to complete a transaction or request

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

BlueChip doesn't jointly market

Spotloan is a brand owned by Ningo Lending LLC ("Ningo"), a tribal limited liability company formed under the laws of and wholly owned by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians of North Dakota, a federally recognized Indian tribe (the “Tribe”). Ningo is located on, operates within, and originates and services loans from the Tribe’s reservation. Though Spotloans are available to residents of certain states, consumers should know that Ningo’s lending license is issued by the Tribe's Lending Commission, and not by the states in which its consumers may reside. Although the visitation is electronic, consumers are coming on to the Tribe’s reservation and subject to the Tribe’s jurisdiction to obtain a Spotloan.
